Polish financial and insurance markets are supervised by one National Competent Authority. 

Komisji Nadzoru Finansowego or Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF)

The UKNF ensures stability and safe development of the financial market. It’s an independent body, whose tasks are aiming to limit excessive risk in the operation of supervised entities, strengthen the transparency of the financial market.
