Swedish collective redress framework
Sweden introduced in 2003 a collective redress mechanism. Collective proceedings can be initiated by group members, civil organizations and administrative agencies. The institution of group proceedings need to follow these pre-conditions: commonality; expediency; superiority; definability; adequate representation.
